Delivery Information

Ordinarily, orders will be made and sent within 5 days of orders placed, often much sooner.

During the busy period in October,  November and December it might take up to 14 days to make your order.

If you are ordering from the USA for Christmas, please order before the 1st of November as delivery times can be rather unpredictable.

Orders in the UK are sent first class and should be with you the day after posting.

Orders in Europe normally take 1 or 2 weeks to get to their destination.

Orders overseas take anything in between 10 days to 1 month to get to their destination.

Standard delivery from the UK does NOT have a tracking number. Please choose the tracked and signed option if you would like to know exactly where your parcel is.
