Sizing uses width + depth, with height limits per category:
Medium – 12.5–17.5 cm, max height 20 cm
Large – 17.5–22 cm, max height 22 cm
X-Large – 22–24 cm, max height 22 cm
XX-Large – 24–28 cm, max height 28 cm
